Dinner Time- So this salad pizza thing is getting a bit out of hand… but hell, they taste good, so I don’t care.  What you see here is a BLT pizza.  I used the following ingredients: store bought garlic naan, bacon, lettuce, plum tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, pecorino romano cheese and a little oregano.
First I made a spread out of the may, mustard, garlic and pepper and smeared it on the naan.  Then I shredded the cheese and put a nice layer of it on the bread as one would do when making an actual pizza.  Topped that with the tomatoes, crumpled up crispy bacon and sprinkled the oregano and pecorino romano over the top; then baked it at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  I should have gone longer, the naan  could have been crispier.  When done, topped it with the chopped lettuce and enjoyed.
This was a great change of pace, easy to make and made my wife happy!  She does love her salad pizza.
